Smee Homes Inc. is a family owned and operated development company in the Central Valley of California.  We primarily build residential projects throughout Tulare County and surrounding areas.  With subdivisions currently in Porterville, Goshen, and  Exeter, we are a local builder with decades of experience on our management team.
